time of registration (Cash or Check ONLY) NOTE: ALL GIRLS will
need to provide a photocopy of birth certificate at registration. A copy
will need to be turned into the princess league

(ages 5-6) = $50 (T-Ball and coached pitched)
8U Boys (ages 7-8) =
$85 (coach pitched and kid pitched-Plano and
Sandwich) 8U Girls (ages 7-8)
= $80 (coach pitched-princess league) 10U Boys (ages 9-10)
= $95 (kid pitched-Plano and Sandwich) 10U Girls (ages
9-10) = $85 (kid pitched-princess league) 12U Boys (ages
11-12) = $165 (Travel league-Corn Belt “A” League) 12U Girls (ages
11-12) = $135 (princess league) 14U Boys (ages
13-14) = $175 (Travel league-Tri County Pony League) 14U Girls (ages

end of season. *Returning Boys
Traveling/Pony must bring jersey to registration to (A) verify condition
of jersey (B) receive discounted registration fee. Please see PYAA website
for uniform details. Uniform sizing will
be done ONLY at registration—all players must be present to ensure
correct sizes are ordered.
Sample clothing will be available for players to try on. Registering players should wear
t-shirt and shorts underneath sweatpants and jacket to facilitate uniform
sizing, since no fitting rooms are available. ·
Registration is on a
first come, first served basis.
Registration forms will be time/date stamped in case there are
team/roster limitations. · Please bring pertinent medical information to registration (emergency contact, physician name, address and phone number, hospital of choice).
